After spending 13 years as a Realtor, I moved into the lending profession, where I’ve been for the past 10 years. Over this time, I’ve gained a great deal of knowledge of all aspects of the home buying process. Having this background has helped me relate to each buyer and Realtor on a unique level, one that is filled with understanding and compassion along with wanting to put together the very best loan package to fit everyone’s needs. I’m very comfortable with taking on the roll of the “educator” for the first time buyer or the buyer that hasn’t bought and sold a house recently. At the same time, I also appreciate laying out options and helping evaluate what each option can do for even the seasoned buyer.

Having been a Realtor, I understand what the agent needs in a lender and I work constantly to provide all the support I can to keep the realtor from having “one more thing to do.” I try to provide loan feedback on a regular basis and I pride myself on my ability to anticipate what the agent needs so that I can take care of it before they even have to ask.
